Rush Machinery Announces Leadership Transition and New President
Rushville, New York — August 19, 2026 — Rush Machinery, a leading manufacturer of machine tools and solutions that supports the cutting tool industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ryan Robbins as President.
Founded in 1983, Rush Machinery has built a worldwide reputation for designing and manufacturing innovative, high-quality equipment that helps customers improve productivity, precision, and profitability. For more than four decades, the company has remained committed to engineering excellence, outstanding customer service, and manufacturing its products in New York State.
Company founder Bill Freese will continue to play an active role in the business while working alongside Ryan during a planned leadership transition. Bill will remain closely involved in product development, assembly, customer relationships, inventory management, and the technical expertise that has made Rush Machinery an industry leader.

Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong organizations, developing lasting customer relationships, and helping businesses grow while maintaining their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
