BMTS200S Automatic Balancing Machine
The BMT200S Automatic Balancing Machine provides easy, automatic balancing of grinding wheel
assemblies for enhanced grinder and grinding wheel performance. The machine features compact benchtop mounting, full safety enclosure, automatic clamping and touch screen display. Self-calibration is simple and easy. The on-board memory allows for the storage of 240 different programs and can be expanded as an option. Spindle adapters are available to fit most grinding wheel arbors in use today.
Upon completion of a balancing cycle the machine automatically comes to a stop and highlights the area of the wheel pack that requires adjustment with a laser pointer. The touch screen display informs the operator exactly what is required to bring the wheel pack assembly into balance. Use of the BMT200S will improve grinding wheel life and surface finish. Reduced grinding machine and spindle maintenance are additional benefits. Properly balanced grinding wheels are essential for precision applications and the BMT200S will meet this need in a simple to use and affordable package.
