- Model 132C
This model can handle tools with diameters ranging from 0.080″ (2mm) to 1.25″ (32mm) with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 10 flutes. It is affordable and rugged, offering accuracy, rapid setup, and versatility. The 132C can quickly grind nearly any carbide or HSS drill point, and its unique design offers web thinning and point-splitting capabilities.
- Model 250A
This model can handle tools with diameters ranging from 3/32″ to 2″, offering a versatile, affordable, and wide capacity solution. It can grind nearly any drill geometry, typically requiring a single chucking. Every model uses hardened cams that only require 5 seconds to change out. When a cam is not in place, the workhead can index grind or spin grind in 12 positions. This model has a 2:1 ratio only.
- Model 252
This model can handle tools with diameters between 3/32″ and 2”. It’s the most versatile tool and drill grinder on the market, capable of handling both even (2, 4, 6, 8, 10) and odd (1, 3, 5, 7) fluted tools. Using a dual-cam workhead, the inner cam rotates at a 1:1 ratio for odd-fluted tools and a 2:1 ratio for even-fluted tools.
- Model 380
This heavy-duty model is designed for handling tools with larger sizes: 3/16″ (5 mm) to 3-1/8″ (80 mm). Available in automatic, semi-automatic, and manual infeed varieties, the Model 380 can grind even-numbered fluted drills, reamers, endmills, taps, and countersinks.
- Model 382S
This model features a special combination of capacity and versatility. The Model 382S combines a dual-cam workhead capable of grinding even and odd-fluted tools with the large capacity of the Model 380.
