Rush Machinery to Display Tool Blank Preparation Machines at IMTS 2026
Rushville, New York — September 8, 2026 — Rush Machinery will display the Cut-Prepoint-Chamfer Machine and the End Profile Grinding Machine at the International Manufacturing Technology Show this September in Chicago, Illinois.
The Cut-Prepoint-Chamfer Machine combines three processes – cutting, prepointing, and chamfering – into one machine. This computer-controlled machine requires minimal human intervention, producing quality results in a single three-in-one turnkey solution that offers a better alternative to owning and running separate machines.
The End Profile Grinding Machine is designed to prepare the ends of tool blanks to reduce the overall cycle time of the main grinding process. With a variety of functions available to allow for pre-pointing, squaring, radii, angles, and chamfering, the End Profile Grinding Machine provides an adaptable solution to produce consistent high quality tool blanks.
