Rush Machinery to Display Cut-Off Machines at IMTS 2026
Rushville, New York — September 1, 2026 — Rush Machinery will display three cut-off machines at the International Manufacturing Technology Show this September in Chicago, Illinois.
The RushCut is a fully enclosed semi-automatic cut-off machine used for quick and easy cutting of carbide rod & tool ends, and is great for high speed steel. The RushCut has air actuated work piece clamping and an adjustable PLC controlled stepper motor with a joystick override for manual positioning/feeding.
The Auto-Cut is an automatic CNC cut-off machine, designed for cutting tool manufacturers and carbide rod processors. With a large capacity magazine and an automatic loader, this machine allows for hours of unattended operation, leading to an improved production rate for cutting carbide and hardened steel rod when compared with manual cut-off machines.
The Quick-Cut is a simple and easy-to-use general purpose manual cut-off machine, featuring a fully enclosed design with viewing window and internal illumination, an integrated recirculation cooling system, and washing jet.
