RushCut Cut-Off Machine
The RushCut is a fully enclosed semi-automatic cut-off machine. Use the RushCut for quick and easy cutting of carbide rod and tool ends with diameters between 1/8″ (3.175 mm) to 1-1/4″ (31.75 mm). It’s also great for high speed steel. The RushCut has air actuated work piece clamping and an adjustable PLC controlled stepper motor with a joystick override for manual positioning/feeding. Built in the USA.

The Rush Wheel Dressers are designed for the truing and dressing of flats, angles, and radii on diamond and CBN single wheels and multiple wheel packs. They are simple to operate, highly accurate, and cost effective. The customized, easy to use RushVision software makes high-tolerance truing and dressing easier than ever before.
